TSR Agristruction is a new breed of company. We are a professional full service agricultural construction and operation firm. We are a mid-level (1 to 20 acre) seed to table provider. We specialize in the design build construction, preparation and operation of very high quality intensive agricultural sites. This includes the conceptual design, business planning and installation of orchards, vineyards, irrigated specialty crops and many other agricultural related infrastructure. We specialize in underutilized suburban and exurban landscapes, which include vacant private lands, open space, horse properties and similar spaces. We are a fully licensed firm able to appraise and understand your land and water situation to optimize a solution the produces maximum revenue for both parties. All the while providing very high quality food directly to the regional market.

Planning

• Free first site visit and discussion

Installation

Operations

Two Operational Scenarios:

• Paid Maintenance: If your situation is such that you have a use or distribution for the produce, we will custom farm the site for you. This includes growing your choice of crops specialized for the intended consumer diet. You pay us for all of the annual maintenance on a time and materials basis and we provided to you the harvested bounty. This is can be a 10 to 30% savings over purchasing the same volume and quality of food. This is ideal for institutions such as schools, churches and other entities responsible to specific populations. This can also be done for large private owners that want to provide a value added product from which they know the source. This might include salsa makes, restaraunts etc.
• Sharecropping / Land Lease: If you are interested in the revenue that can be generated from your land and water we leverage our existing supply chains and will pay you a negotiated price per square foot of cultivated ground. Once we examine the soils and have a feel for how much the land can produce we will offer you a contract that is guaranteed.

Meet the Farmer

Kyle Mason, TSR Agristruction Manager is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business with an MBA in sustainable real estate and entrepreneurship. He arrived in Colorado three years ago from Michigan where he enjoyed a career in Landscape Design and Construction, and developed his passion for the natural environment. Looking to combine his career knowledge and experience with the skills learned in his graduate program, Kyle has found the perfect home with Agriburbia.
